Approval of employee timecards and vacation requests.Follow all Cresco Operational Procedures and QC Standards.Inspect equipment and trucks for safety decals and compliance, and ensure that equipment is in good working order.Check equipment for damage, record hours used, mileage and fuel levels for billing purposes.Load and unload equipment, assist with deliveries and prepare equipment for rental.Determine equipment available for rental.May assist in educating customers on equipment use and demonstrating equipment for customers.Suggest equipment and supplies to meet customer needs.Handle Dispatch Responsibilities as needed.Greet customers and assist with customer inquiries.Strong organizational and communication skills.An ability to function well as part of a team.Demonstrate understanding of rental equipment preferred.Demonstrate leadership and motivational experience.Previous customer service experience in the equipment rental/construction industry and/or related field preferred.Effective leadership and motivational skills. The main responsibility of the Store Manager is to direct the supervision of the branch and its employees, to ensure its smooth operation and profitability while maintaining Cresco’s values. Under the direction of the General Manager, the Store Manager ensures that the store is dedicated to meeting the equipment rental and supply/merchandise needs of contractor companies, industrial, commercial companies, and homeowners. Starting pay will depend on knowledge, skills, ability and the city that this open position is located Hourly Pay Range: Salary Range: Annual salary starts at $65k + bonus program (or more Dependent On Experience)
